SOPHIA PEER
Sophia Peer is an award-winning filmmaker who directs a diverse range of projects, from short films to series and promotional campaigns. She delivers original concepts for clients such as Vice, Nike, Nylon, Genius, Super Deluxe, and Pitchfork. The pilot episode of WHO’S ANNIE?, a series Sophia is directing, premiered at Slamdance 2023, and won awards at festivals such as Roma, Munich New Wave, and Rotterdam. The Gotham, Shore Scripts, and Screencraft have recognized and supported her singular screenwriting and Sophia was awarded Best Director at Seriesfest this year. Her extensive and versatile portfolio of music videos has engaged millions of viewers for artists such as Paramore, Julien Baker, The National, and Interpol. Sophia is currently developing several new projects, including a documentary-scripted hybrid about the smallest homes in the world with Alex Gibney's Jigsaw Productions.
DANIELE SARTI
Daniele Sarti is an awarded DoP and Producer, born and raised in the Piedmont of Traversetolo, Italy. His versatility as a Director of photography has led him to work in television, documentary films, fashion, and commercials. As the select DoP for Minnows Films and Curious Films, he has shot documentaries for SKY, A&E, PBS, and BBC, including a special on Little Richard for PBS, Penthouse magazine for A&E, and a 3-episode series about Picasso for BBC2. Commercials and branded content include Calvin Klein, Gucci, H&M, Max Mara, Woolrich, Gillette, Capitol One, and Smart Water. His production company has produced commercials, documentaries, branded content, and awarded short movies. “The Promotion” (shot and produced) is on a stellar festival run. He is currently developing a feature film with 141 Entertainment.
